Concept
The program enables you to recognize your own strengths in the leadership process and to develop your ability to demonstrate motivating leadership behavior.
It helps to inspire employees to work towards common goals, to create a climate of joy and trust, to affirm performance and success together and to survive as a team even in difficult situations. To achieve this, you need emotionality, strengths in dealing with people, respect and empathy, and group dynamic skills. You need social skills. Above-average motivation should lead to above-average performance.

Modules
Part 1: St. Gallen Leadership Seminar
Successful management is characterized by a high degree of individual personality and social competence. If you compare the management styles of successful people, you will see that, despite some similarities in typical behavior patterns, they are very much individual. Developing the right management style for yourself means work. Your own management situation must be reviewed regularly: recognizing your own strengths in management behavior, using your strengths in a targeted manner in management situations and optimizing your personal social competence.
Part 2: Certification Program
Part 2 is an application seminar in St. Gallen, which is based on the findings of New Learning:
- deepening of knowledge
- application of knowledge
- Interdisciplinary composition
- Integration of the topic into the overall context of successful corporate management
- Active Learning
- Active engagement in small groups
