Concept
This 4-day seminar is all about experiencing general management and holistic corporate management in a particularly intensive way: Highly concentrated teaching of material and then a lot of application of knowledge: in working groups, with self-learning and mutual learning from the experiences of other participants, with a conscious focus on holism and results orientation.
Holistic approach - It doesn't get any better than this
This "new learning" allows:
- on the one hand, a holistic view of a business idea, normative and strategic management and structural management through to the specialist topics of strategy, marketing, finance, start-up and human resources
- on the other hand, working on a case study that starts with the normative and strategic superstructure, which is the same for everyone, and is then broken down into the specialist topics on day 3 and 4.
Well structured documents
The participants are supported in their work by very well-structured documents, some St. Gallen tools and form sets, which serve as guidelines for the presentation on day 4.
Role of the lecturer
A maximum of 20% of the time is used for knowledge input from the professor. Additional knowledge will be obtained via internet or through Artificial Intelligence and AI research. The task of the lecturer is primarily to coach the process of joint learning, to support when questions arise, to bring in his experience to distinguish rather right from rather wrong, to ensure that time management is adhered to by the groups, to ensure that the groups do not get stuck and that very good presentations take place on the 4th day, to skillfully integrate them into a whole as a summary on the last day.
