The EBIT Increase Program
Almost all companies have hidden potential for increasing profits. The EBIT Increase Program from St. Gallen Business School helps to find and use this potential.
To do this, we first train selected top performers in your company: 2 days of profit management. They learn how to use our tools. Then we accompany them as consultants: In this way, a large number of profit-increasing measures can be found, filtered, evaluated and condensed into a master plan.
The EBIT Increase Program is not primarily aimed at reducing costs and can be mandated with guard rails such as ‘no layoffs, no restructuring’.
