Concept
A company's lasting market success is always the result of skillful product management. This includes systematic market observation as well as the transformation of ideas into successful products, market positioning, early marketing and profit management right from the start.
The process underlying these activities is called "product management". Only those who are able to master this process with its internal and external interfaces more quickly and with higher quality will be able to assert themselves against competitors, overcome product crises, have the variety of variants under control, extend the life cycle of existing products and ultimately optimize returns.
This certificate course provides comprehensive training in success factors, methods and instruments of professional product management. The focus is on the core principles of market and needs-oriented design and development of products and services.
The training is based on a customer-oriented understanding of product management as an interface function between the company and the market.
