Participants
Managers with functions outside the finance department. Executives from all areas who want to refresh their knowledge of financial management. Managers and specialists who are already responsible for results, costs or sales, or will be in the foreseeable future.
Graduation
Participants who actively participate in and contribute to the seminar and the certification program (Part 2) earn the 'St. Gallen Finance Certificate' from St. Gallen Business School.

Admission
At least 3 years of professional experience as a manager or specialist in key areas of the company or organization.
Modules
Part 1: Financial management seminar
Are you responsible for financial targets and results? Do you have to manage costs, contribution margins, EBIT, cash flow, returns or company value? Then you need a set of tools for financial management. Participants understand the overall context of financial management and controlling and learn how to achieve financial targets. They learn how to plan and implement specific measures to improve the profitability of a business. They are sensitized to early signals of deviations in target achievement. You will recognize which measures need to be introduced in order to achieve financial results after all.
Part 2: Certification program
Part 2 is an application seminar in St. Gallen, which is based on the findings of New Learning:
- Deepening the knowledge

- Integration of the topic into the overall context of successful corporate management
- Active learning
- Active engagement in small groups
