You are one of the top performers in the company. As part of your career planning, you are aiming for a degree: a recognized Executive MBA in General Management. In German or English. In addition to your professional activity or full-time.
Theory and practice
This EMBA Executive MBA program deepens your management skills and gives you a double degree:
- Nach dem 1. Semester (6 Monate Vollzeit oder 12 Monate bei beruflicher Tätigkeit) den Abschluss als «SGBS Certified Executive Management Expert» der St. Gallen Business School.
- After the 2nd semester (a further 6 months full-time/12 months with professional activity) you will graduate as an “Executive Master of Business Administration”, General Management, from the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences (SRH).
The cooperation between SGBS St. Gallen Business School and SRH Berlin will take you twice as far in your career: you will earn the academic title EMBA Executive Master and you will document that you can apply modern management knowledge in practice.

The cooperation between SGBS St. Gallen Business School and SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences makes it possible to tailor this Executive MBA precisely to the participants’ future careers.
The “SGBS Certified Executive Management Expert St. Gallen” qualification is acquired in the first semester. This certifies the acquisition of precisely those skills that are required with regard to one’s own career goal. The motto is: “Learn what is really useful”. Examinations by SRH.
In the second semester, students write their Master’s thesis at SRH, complete 2 block courses of 3 days attendance each in Berlin, take part in various online live and e-learning events, complete self-study independent of location and take the examinations at SRH.

Applicants qualify for a study place as follows:
- University degree (Bachelor with 210 ECTS; alternatively Bachelor with 180 ECTS + recognition of additional achievements) plus at least 5 years of professional experience
- Successfully completed selection procedure
- In the full-time variant: Proof of the required English language skills
International applicants with a foreign school-leaving certificate are individually assessed on the basis of their certificates to determine whether they meet the admission requirements and language skills.
The start of your studies (St. Gallen semester) begins with a 2-day block course in St. Gallen.

The 2nd semester (SRH semester) begins either in October (fall semester) or in April (summer semester).
Successful graduates receive two degrees:
- SGBS Certified Executive Management Expert St. Gallen
- Executive Master of Business Administration – General Management of SRH
Tuition fee: CHF 59,000 plus VAT.
Payment in 5 installments.Please send us the completed Registration form.
We will then send you the application documents together with a provisional registration note. The application documents are completed by you and returned to us, and the Admissions Office checks whether the admission requirements are met.
If you meet the admission requirements, you will receive a definitive confirmation of registration from St. Gallen Business School within 5 – 15 days, an invitation to enroll at SRH Berlin and all information about the start and the first semester of your studies in St. Gallen.
The first installment of the tuition fee must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the course.
