Concept
As a member of the Management Board, you become part of a team that is responsible for the well-being of the company as a whole. In most cases, the members of the management board (or board of directors) share responsibility for functional areas or business areas. As a result, in addition to responsibility for the company as a whole, they also develop a "territorial mindset" for their own area. If you want to be successful as part of the Management Board, you have to be able to reconcile both interests; you have to manage the whole and optimize your own area; you have to reconcile corporate and divisional strategy; but you also have to be able to assert the legitimate interests of your own area. All of this requires professional competence and personal aplomb. Professional expertise in areas such as strategy, marketing, finance, performance, processes, structures and controlling. Personal skills in areas such as leadership, crisis management, leadership behavior, dealing with conflicts, motivation, change management and implementation strength.
This program qualifies you to take on a role as a member of the management board of a company or institution.
