Part 1: Digitization seminar
Digitalization and artificial intelligence are omnipresent. There is no industry that is not affected by this. The optimal use of new technologies is becoming the top and central management task. Changes are needed in the product range, services, marketing, distribution and sales. New value chains, different processes, structures and management principles are needed. In short, the entire company is affected and must be restructured and transformed in many ways. Against this backdrop, managers need digital business know-how.
Part 2 : Certification program
Part 2 is an application seminar in St. Gallen, which is based on the findings of New Learning:
