Concept
This program supports managers and specialists on their way to a function with overall responsibility. Managers need a comprehensive understanding of management in order to be able to fulfill the demanding tasks of general management effectively. In this seminar, we convey the all-important overall perspective of holistic management. This prepares participants to take on a new, responsible management role or to systematically underpin their existing role with new knowledge.

St. Gallen General Management Certificate of the St. Gallen Business School
Seminar plus Certificate
General Management: Strategy. Finance. Leadership. 4 seminar days as part 1, followed by the certification program at our study center in St. Gallen. 4 days.
Participants
The program is aimed at managers with responsibility for results, heads of divisions, business units, functions and larger profit centers as well as managers who will take on such functions.
Graduation
Participants who actively participate in and contribute to the seminar and the certification program (Part 2) earn the 'St. Gallen General Management Certificate' from St. Gallen Business School.
This also gives them access to various upgrades as part of the St. Gallen Training pyramid:
Admission
At least 5 years of professional experience as an executive, manager or specialist in key functions or projects.

Part 1: General Management Seminar
Holistic management requires a focus on sustainable results that go far beyond a pure profit and return approach. Only those who understand the big picture can think in a networked way and navigate the complex reality of a company skillfully. General management helps to increase the efficiency of management. Only those who achieve several goals at the same time will achieve the desired effect. General management skills are a must for successful managers.
Part 2: Certification program
Part 2 is an application seminar in St. Gallen, which is based on the findings of New Learning:
