Concept
The modern organization must support a large number of strategically desired changes: New value chain, new growth, digitalization of processes and business models, new customer segments, new sales channels. Such changes can rarely be implemented with the existing organizational model. The organization threatens to become the biggest obstacle to implementation. Which operating model is the right one for the company's development? Which organizational form supports the implementation of the strategy and the achievement of objectives? Which organizational model fits the way the company wants to create value in the future?
