Become a Team Leader

St. Gallen Team Leader School

    Concept: Team Leader training

You are a junior employee. Your professional goal: to lead a team. As a team leader, you become a manager. You are no longer primarily responsible for your own performance and productivity. Performance measurement will focus much more on the question of how you and your entire team contribute to the agreed objectives as an organizational unit. Leadership thus becomes your profession. As in any profession, this also requires certain knowledge and skills. You can learn these over many years through your own experience. However, it is far more effective to acquire the existing knowledge of the laws of leadership and performance through practical training and management education. In this way, you will learn to understand and control the mechanisms of action for entrepreneurial success; you will learn to put together a team and align it towards common goals and results. You will apply the important tools and methods of leadership and grow step by step into your role as a manager.
